Beer-making takes center stage on this tour, which overlooks the Rhône valley and offers exceptional panoramic views of the Ibie valley. As you ride your electric bike through vineyards, lavender fields and orchards, you'll discover the Pico Brasserie La Renarde, which specializes in the production of local, organic craft beer. Accompanied by Sylvain, the brewer and owner of the premises, we'll follow the steps involved in making beer, from potting and brewing to fermentation. From raw materials to bottling, he'll share with you the secrets behind the production of each of the 6 beers in his range.
